3. 160 degrees for 2-4 mins

This will give you 30 mins of heat!

Ensure the warmer is not near the heating source as it could cause damage to the warmer!!

Oven:

1. wrap your warmer in microwavable safe cling wrap
2. place the warmer in the pre heated oven
3. maximum 175 degrees at 4 mins
