REFUND POLICY
Refunds are only applicable
if you have received a defective item.

2. Full return and refund
CONDITIONS OF A FULL REFUND AND RETURN
The item must NOT be used. Due to hygiene reasons, we will reject all products that have been taken out of their plastic & used.
For a complete return and refund, we will evaluate based on your issue.
if your request for a refund has been approved, you will only receive payment once we have received your return parcel.
We can refuse to give you a free repair, replacement or refund if you misused the product or service in a way that contributed to the problem.
WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE/ ENTERTAIN
- Missing parcels based on wrong address, phone number & missing unit number written by you.
- Parcels stolen by another individual if we have proof of delivery.
- We will NOT give you a refund if you simply changed your mind.
